About Me

Hi, I’m Lynn. 

 

Im a self-taught baker and cake decorator/artist located in Tel Aviv, Israel. 

 

It all began during the challenging COVID year 2020. Thanks to so many great YouTube tutorials I somehow started to take cake decorating to a higher level.

What initially seemed a fun project for family and friends, turned into a small home based business and Lynni Bakes was born.

But I was not always into cakes... 

I studied Psychology in Germany and worked in that field. Eventually I moved to Israel and started working in high-tech.

I was very surprised and grateful to find my true passion at the age of 37. 

 

With every new (customized) cake I challenge my abilities, creativity and learn new techniques. Taste, design and quality of products are all equally important to me. 

 

In my free time you can find me at the playground running after my two kids, watching Netflix or enjoying Tel Aviv.
